Last week saw the the launch of the SCOOP Art Auction in the Ormond Wine Bar in Dublin. Money raised is to go towards building a new school for homeless and street children in Varanasi, India. The auction features 90 pieces of original art from some of Ireland’s most loved artists.

The SCOOP are a young and innovative non profit organisation raising funds through events and other positive methods in order to build schools and support the education of children living on the edges of Indian and Cambodian society.

The auction will take place on Sunday the 14th of October 2012 in The Ormond Wine Bar, 6 Upper Ormond Quay at 3pm SHARP.
