An exhibition of new work by Lucy Doyle was opened recently by Larry Masterson at The Bad Art Gallery, Francis Street Dublin 8. Chinoiserie, is a loose term to describe the art and artefacts that emerged out of western culture as a direct result from eastern oriental influences. The exhibition continues until October 8th.
The third and last People’s Art of 2008 opened today on the railings of St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 4. The photos below show Maureen Robinson, Jay Walker, Brendan Pierce and James McMahon displaying their art. The exhibition continues until Sunday 21st September.

The inaugural Dublin Art Fair opened tonight (Thursday 11th September) in the RDS, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. Sixty selected galleries exhibit new work from Irish and international artists. The exhibition continues till September14th.
