Riverbank Arts Centre, in association with Whitewater Shopping Centre is pleased to announce a Visual Art Group Exhibition to be held in Riverbank and Whitewater for five weeks, between Thursday, 5th October and Friday, 10th November, 2006.
The exhibition is open to any artist living in County Kildare. Submissions are invited in the categories of painting, print, sculpture, drawing, photography, craft and mixed media. Contributing artists may submit up to three works in image form, together with a completed submission form by Thursday, 7th September 2006. An independent selector will select the pieces that will form the Group Exhibition. All artists will be informed by post whether their work was chosen following the adjudicator’s selection. Work selected for the exhibition should be delivered to Riverbank on Monday 26th and Tuesday, 27th September.

Riverbank Arts Centre, Newbridge, provides a regionally and nationally significant arts venue responding to the needs of residents and visitors to County Kildare. Composing of a 180 seat theatre and visual arts spaces, Riverbank provides a varied programme of events, from dance to drama, from music to the visual arts.
Whitewater Shopping Centre is the largest regional shopping centre outside Dublin. Situated in the heart of Newbridge Town, County Kildare, it brings exciting new choice to the Kildare area and its surrounding counties of Wicklow, Carlow, Laois Offaly and Meath.
