Yesterday (Thursday, 30th January 2014) saw the launch of a new “‘Volunteering in the Arts’ toolkit by the Minister for Arts, Heritage and Gaelteacht Jimmy Deenihan TD.
The very readable brochure gives practical advice and tips to voluntary organizations with special focus on the arts. Among the topics covered are: recruitment & retention of volunteers, expenses, insurance and copyright.
