Last night (Thursday 16th June) saw the opening of Sean Nós – an exhibition featuring new works by prominent Irish artists Liam O’Neill, J.B Vallely, John Behan, Eamon O’Doherty, Aidan Harte and others in the Sol Art Gallery on Dawson Street, Dublin 2.
Being Bloomsday, there were a number of attendees dressed up for the occasion, one clutching a bookmarked copy of Ulysses. The exhibition features a couple of James Joyce portraits by Liam O’Neill. The exhibition opening also featured live traditional music.
The exhibition continues until July 20th.
