An exhibition of work from the very talented Kieran Crowley opened at the Powerscourt Gallery last Thursday. Crowley’s work comprises a mixture of portrait and self- portrait executed with the utmost skill and classic technique. This masterful approach lends a traditional feel to works that are utterly contemporary and often humorous and intimate in tone. Crowley is one to watch.
